Technisches Profil:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Elektrotechnik
- >4 Jahre Erfahrung mit RTL2GDS P&R (Place and Route) Flow (ICC2/Innovus) mit STA closure
- >4 Jahre Erfahrung mit dem vollständigen physikalischen Verifikationsablauf (DRC/LVS/DFM) mit ICV/CALIBRE
- >4 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von BackEnd-Flows und -Methoden mit Cadence- oder Synopsys-Tools.
- Prüfung und Durchführung von IR-Drop, ESD & Elektromigrationsanalysen sind von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse im Schreiben von Skripten mit TCL/python/sed/awk
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse im strukturellen Design (Synthese, Timing-Closure, formale Äquivalenzprüfung) - ein Vorteil
- Low Power Design einschließlich Power intent (UPF) Definition & Verifikation - ein Vorteil.
- Erfahrung im Entwurf von RTL-Blöcken (Verilog/VHDL) - ein Vorteil.
