Built one of Europe's largest greenfield refineries — on some of its weakest ground. LTTS delivered the full EPCM scope end-to-end for a global edible oil major, from FEED and detail engineering through construction management, on a 3,000 TPD plant spread across a 60-acre site. Weak-soil civil engineering closed the project's single biggest risk early, while value engineering across FEED and detail design designed savings in rather than chasing them later. A prefabrication-led strategy — 150+ shop-built tanks and a fully prefabricated 3.5 km pipe-rack — cut on-site work, and 4D construction monitoring gave live visibility across the sprawling plot. Geo-politically resilient sourcing held cost and schedule steady through a European supply-chain squeeze, backed by local design-norm expertise and an on-the-ground partner network.
The result: a plant built at massive scale on demanding soil, with the biggest risks engineered out before they reached the field — and a strategic European foothold delivered end-to-end.
