Employee Volunteering Programs
Beautification of the pillars of the newly constructed flyover (Bangalore)
LTTS employees in Bangalore got together to volunteer in a fun and creative activity where they painted pillars below a major flyover. Volunteers put on their aprons, with brushes in their hands took on the fun task of painting the pillars, bringing colour and life to the public space.
Pink Run 2026 am Internationalen Frauentag
Anlässlich des Internationalen Frauentags nahmen Mitarbeiterinnen von LTTS am „Pink Run 2026“ teil, um das Bewusstsein für die Bedeutung von Krebsvorsorgeuntersuchungen für Frauen zu stärken und diese zu fördern.
Karten der Hoffnung
Mitarbeiter von LTTS beteiligten sich an einer herzerwärmenden Aktion, bei der sie Grußkarten für Krebspatienten bemalten, um ihnen Mut zu machen und emotionale Unterstützung zu bieten, und verliehen so dem Umgang mit den Patienten eine persönliche und mitfühlende Note.
Schöner Abfall
LTTS-Mitarbeiter schlossen sich der Initiative Beautiful Waste an und verwandelten Altpapier wie Zeitungen und Tüten in Kunstwerke.
Öko-Mode
LTTS-Mitarbeiter haben sich freiwillig gemeldet, um T-Shirts mit natürlichen Farben auf Pflanzenbasis zu färben und so giftige Farbstoffe zu vermeiden, die die Gewässer verschmutzen.
Anspruchsvolle Herausforderungen
Im Rahmen einer erlebnisorientierten Aktivität nahmen LTTS-Mitarbeiter an alltäglichen Aufgaben teil, bei denen sie die Augen verbunden hatten, eine Krücke benutzten oder die Schnürsenkel mit einer Hand zubinden mussten, um das Bewusstsein für die Inklusion von Menschen mit Behinderungen in der Gesellschaft zu schärfen.
Förderung der Menstruationshygiene am Internationalen Frauentag (Mysuru und Baroda, Indien)
Weibliche Angestellte haben sich freiwillig gemeldet, um Schüler der 8. bis 10. Klasse über die Bedeutung von Menstruationshygiene und -management aufzuklären.
Woche des freiwilligen Engagements von Mitarbeitern (Bengaluru, Indien)
LTTS-Mitarbeiter in Bengaluru nehmen an einer einwöchigen Aktivität teil, bei der sie lernen, Papierabfälle wiederzuverwenden, T-Shirts mit organischen Pflanzenfarben zu färben und das Leben mit Seh- und Körperbehinderungen zu erfahren.
Jährliche Weihnachtsspendenaktion (Edison, NJ - USA)
Die Mitarbeiter von LTTS spenden Spielzeug, Kleidung und Lebensmittel für bedürftige Familien, um den Geist des Gebens in dieser Jahreszeit zu fördern.
