Employee Volunteering Programs
Beautification of the pillars of the newly constructed flyover (Bangalore)
LTTS employees in Bangalore got together to volunteer in a fun and creative activity where they painted pillars below a major flyover. Volunteers put on their aprons, with brushes in their hands took on the fun task of painting the pillars, bringing colour and life to the public space.
Pink Run 2026 on International Women’s Day
Women LTTS employees participated in Pink Run, 2026 on the occasion of International Woman’s Day, supporting and spreading the awareness and importance of cancer screening for women.
Cards of Hope
Employees of LTTS volunteered in a heart-warming activity where they coloured greeting cards for cancer patients, to offer them encouragement and emotional support, adding a personal and compassionate touch to patient interaction.

LTTS employees joined the Beautiful Waste initiative, transforming wastepaper like newspapers and bags into art.

Challenging Challenges
As part of an experiential activity, LTTS employees participated in daily tasks blindfolded, using a crutch, or tying shoelaces with one hand to raise awareness about the inclusivity of people with disabilities in society.
