Our CSR policy framework is meticulously aligned with Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, and the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules, 2014, ensuring that our efforts are both structured and effective.

Employee Volunteering Programs
Beautification of the pillars of the newly constructed flyover (Bangalore)
LTTS employees in Bangalore got together to volunteer in a fun and creative activity where they painted pillars below a major flyover. Volunteers put on their aprons, with brushes in their hands took on the fun task of painting the pillars, bringing colour and life to the public space.
国際女性デーにおける「ピンク・ラン2026」
LTTSの女性社員たちは、国際女性デーを記念して「ピンク・ラン2026」に参加し、女性のがん検診の重要性を広め、その取り組みを支援しました。
希望のカード
LTTSの従業員たちは、がん患者への励ましと心の支えとなるよう、グリーティングカードに色を塗る心温まるボランティア活動に参加しました。この活動を通じて、患者との関わりにより温かみと思いやりのあるひとときをもたらしました。
美しい廃棄物
LTTSの従業員は「Beautiful Waste」イニシアチブに参加し、新聞や袋などの古紙をアート作品へと生まれ変わらせました。
エコ・ファッション
LTTSの従業員たちは、天然の植物性染料を使ってタイダイ染めのTシャツを作るボランティア活動を行い、水質を汚染する有害な染料の使用を削減しました。
困難な課題
LTTSの従業員は、体験型活動の一環として、目隠しをしたり、松葉杖を使ったり、片手で靴ひもを結んだりしながら日常の作業を行い、社会における障がい者のインクルージョンへの意識を高める取り組みを行いました。
国際女性デーにおける月経衛生の推進（インド、マイソールおよびバローダ）
女性従業員が、中学2年生から高校1年生までの生徒を対象に、月経衛生と管理の重要性について啓発活動を行うボランティアに参加しました。
従業員ボランティア週間（バンガロール、インド）
バンガロールのLTTS従業員は、1週間かけての活動に参加し、紙の廃棄物を再利用する方法、有機野菜の染料を使ったTシャツのタイダイ染め、視覚や身体に障害のある人々の生活を体験しています。
年次休暇寄付キャンペーン（エディソン、ニュージャージー州、アメリカ合衆国）
