Hemantha Kumar Agraharam brings over 25 years of experience in automotive software development, specializing in In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) systems. Beginning his career as an IVI platform developer, he has steadily advanced into leadership roles, including, Software Architect, Program Manager, and Senior Engineering Manager. With extensive experience across global locations and clients, his expertise spans IVI, Digital Clusters, and Telematics, where he has made significant contributions to product innovation and delivery within product-based environments.
At LTTS, Hemantha serves as the Practice Head for Digital Cockpit and Connected Technologies in the company’s Mobility segment. He is responsible for driving growth within the ER&D services portfolio by identifying emerging technologies, developing proof-of-concepts and innovative features, and presenting solutions to customers to generate new business opportunities. He also collaborates with project delivery teams to ensure the seamless implementation of technical solutions, providing active support to overcome execution challenges across global client ecosystems.
