Mumbai, March 26th, 2015 – L&T Technology Services and Cargill have signed a 3 year Service agreement with an intent from both parties to expand its global relationship. Over the prior years, L&T Technology Services has provided Cargill with engineering services for major Capital Projects in Russia, the Middle East, India and Southeast Asia, including the current expansion of Cargill’s Davangere Corn Milling facility.
L&T Technology Services has worked with Cargill to improve its plants while helping Cargill bring safety, conservancy and sustainability. The journey with Cargill began in early 2012 and has steadily increased in terms of projects executed and resources working on the projects.
This renewed commitment allows for the expansion of the relationship with respect to new service offerings as well as expanding into newer geographies like North America and Europe. In addition to its existing service portfolio, L&T Technology Services is expected to support with Analytical Engineering Services in the areas of Process Optimization, Plant Safety and Operational Standardization.
As an integral part of this relationship, L&T Technology Services will have a core team that will support and work closely with Cargill’s Projects & Engineering Teams.
