Meet Grishma Bhatt, our ace electronics engineer based out of Baroda. She holds a Master's degree in Power Electronics, a Gold Medalist from Nirma University. What does she do at LTTS? What is she passionate about? Let's find out.

What did you do before you joined LTTS?

I started my career in academics where I taught students to fall in love with engineering. I did that more than five years. I had a simple objective in mind while teaching, inspire young students with the possibilities that engineering can bring along and let the rest unfold. I believe that once students understand the engineering is much more than reciting formulae and cracking exams, a whole new world of fascination opens up for them. Yes, exams and formulae are important but enjoying the process of unfolding engineering makes your journey through college that much better.

What do you do at LTTS?

After my teaching journey, I stepped into the world of circuits and hardware testing. I am now responsible for designing and testing off-board EV chargers and delivering excellence to our customers. My journey with LTTS so far has been very empowering. Working with curious beings is a dream of every engineer at heart like me, and I get to realize this dream, every day. I get to work with fellow engineers who are respectful, passionate, and driven. What else does one want from a workplace?
