The ability to voice our thoughts is a unique human attribute. While we have witnessed several instances of voice command technologies in fiction and films, real life adoption has been slow.

However, the pandemic, and the subsequent restrictions around touch-operations, has led to an accelerated growth in the implementation of voice assistance across industries. Enhanced convenience and accessibility have emerged as the two key drivers in this direction.

The global auto industry, as it focuses on smarter vehicles, has started adopting voice assistance technologies in their offerings. Smart personal voice assistants, like, Alexa, leveraging Natural Language Processing (NLP) and AI-based voice modulation, offer new avenues to revolutionize the way we interact with our automobiles.

What we are witnessing today is a potential redefinition of the automotive experience paradigm.

Voice Technologies in the Automotive Industry

The integration of voice technologies into automotives has unlocked a new realm of possibilities. Voice commands provide drivers with a safer and more convenient way to interact with their vehicles, minimizes distractions, and allows for hands-free operation.
