At L&T Technology Services (LTTS), Suresh is an integral member of the ASPICE Center of Excellence (CoE) team, delivering consulting services to clients across the US, Europe, and Asia. His responsibilities include conducting process assessments, defining processes, performing gap analyses for Capability Levels 2 and 3, and developing actionable plans to enhance project capabilities and elevate organizational process maturity.
