As an Architect at L&T Technology Services (LTTS), Usha plays a critical role in supporting RFQs, showcasing LTTS's strong process capabilities to clients, and facilitating smooth project onboarding. She has been instrumental in designing integrated process frameworks that comply with both ASPICE and ISO 26262 standards, which have been successfully implemented across multiple LTTS projects.
Beyond process development, Usha also conducts gap analyses and provides hands-on coaching to project teams implementing ASPICE V3.1/4.0, KGAS, ISO 21434, and ISO 26262.
