Rakesh Pandey brings over 26 years of deep expertise in delivering comprehensive, end-to-end solutions for manufacturing organizations. His experience encompasses a wide spectrum of domains, including Design, Simulation, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Technical Publications, Extended Reality (XR), Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Quality Management Systems (QMS), Enterprise Manufacturing Intelligence (EMI), and Industrial IoT (IIOT). He has successfully led full-scale PLM implementations for both domestic and international clients, showcasing his ability to deliver impactful outcomes.
Before joining LTTS, Rakesh spent six and a half years at Siemens Digital Industry Software, excelling in roles spanning Services, Pre-sales, and leading Industry PfD. During his tenure, he gained extensive experience working with Siemens’ innovative solutions, particularly focusing on Digital Twin technologies for Product, Plant, and Performance. He is trained in Prescriptive Selling and the AdvantEdge methodology, enabling him to drive significant value for customers by aligning solutions with their unique needs.
Previously, Rakesh headed the Manufacturing Business Unit at Xchanging (now DXC), where he was responsible for managing and growing the vertical’s profit and loss (P&L). His contributions included roles in solution architecture, pre-sales, sales, and leadership, where he played a pivotal part in securing and implementing enterprise applications for manufacturing clients across various industries.
Rakesh is academically and professionally distinguished, holding certifications such as eMCP, SmarTeam, EGMP (IIM Bangalore), and ITIL. He has completed prestigious academic programs, including Harvard ManageMentor (covering personal, team, and business management), the Advanced Management Program from ISB Hyderabad, Behavioral Science studies at IISc Bangalore, and the Executive General Management Program at IIM Bangalore. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University.
